Spectating At Galway-Cavendish Forest Rally

Warning motor sports are dangerous

The Organizers of the Galway-Cavendish Forest Rally are pleased to be able to offer a prime spectator location for Rally fans.

We have parking at a location less than one km into the stage that offers spectators an excellent view of at least two corners, one of which is a blind right over a crest on the return running. We will allow access to this area, and only this area, between 11:30 and 12:15.

Spectators will only be allowed to leave this area at approximately the following time: 2:45pm and at the conclusion of the rally. See the Map and Directions link to the right for more information.

Spectators arriving after 12:15 will not be allowed to enter the stage to proceed to the spectator area until Stage 4 is completed and then, will be able to do so only with an official escort. That time is approximately 2:45pm.

Motor racing can be dangerous and serious injury is always a possibility.

Please obey the marshals and officials of the event. They are all volunteers, but without their assistance, this event could not take place.

Failure to cooperate with these instructions may cause the competition to be stopped if safety is of concern to the event organizers, stewards, or insurers.
